New Couch to 5km course: Sept 2025

Brecon AC’s next Couch to 5km course will start Monday 22nd September 2025. The course is on Mondays & Thursdays 6.00–7.00pm for 10 weeks, at Penlan Athletic track for Mondays, and at another location in Brecon for Thursdays. We conclude with a celebration 5km or parkrun event. The course will cost £20.00, which also provides Senior social membership of Brecon AC. Email happyfeet123@gmail.com for more info.
