Welsh Junior League 2024 - 1 - Cardiff - 4th May

Glorious day down in Cardiff today for the first Welsh Junior Development League of the year. Brave performances in their first ever track and field competition for Carys (150, 800, JT) and Lola (JT, LJ, 800). A really strong run, keeping good form throughout for Oliver in the 150. PBs in the long jump and javelin for Alfie in his first year at U13. A win for Rosie in her first ever shot putt competition throwing nearly 7m and a long jump PB.

Also thanks to the parents who helped out rake and measure to make sure the events could run.
